What we collect

We collect the contact details and business information you give us — through our forms, the website health check, booking a call or buying a package — plus basic usage data through cookies and analytics.

How we use it

To reply to you, deliver your website and hosting, send invoices and improve our services. If you tick the box to get tips by email, we’ll send you occasional emails; every one has an unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with

We never sell your personal information. We use a few trusted services to run the business, and they only process your information to provide their service to us: Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Calendly (call bookings), Vercel and Neon (website hosting and data storage) and Google Analytics (website statistics).

Security

Your data is stored securely and access is restricted. While we follow best practice to protect your information, no online system is entirely risk-free.
